As an introduction to the blog, I'd like to state that there is no such thing as the perfect buy. Not one that anyone could point to and purchase, that is. The perfect play is out there and hundreds of people can find them but they would never know it and could never know it until it is run its course turned an unlikely corner.
The theory that all information is always baked into every stock may never be of much use to the day-to-day investor, but it should be comforting to note that even when the market is reacting irrationally, it is doing the best that it can within the system it's created.
Meaning, we're all making the best choices that we can, at any point in time. Some of us just do it much better than others.
